Dekline is looking to help you enter the 36 chambers with these Killerbees.

This silhouette is a low-top on a vulcanized sole. The uppers use a mix of the standard Wu-Tang yellow and black leather. Yellow contrast stitching is used on the black leather portions, which are both regular leather and perforated near the heel. The overall shape is similar to a Vans Era, but the panelling is way different, as it uses a large toe cap and mid-panel accent piece. The Wu’s influence appears not only in the colors but also in the logo on the tongue, lace lock and sole heel.

These may not be the Wu-Tang Dunks, but they’re a pretty solid attempt. How do you feel about not only the colorway, but the silhouette itself? They’re available now at Millennium for around $70, so you can save the $6,930 or so by opting against the Dunks.

NEW YORK (AP) — Percy Sutton, the pioneering civil rights attorney who represented Malcolm X before launching successful careers as a political power broker and media mogul, has died. He was 89.

Marissa Shorenstein, a spokeswoman for Gov. David Paterson, confirmed that Sutton died Saturday. She did not know the cause. His daughter, Cheryl Sutton, declined to comment Saturday when reached by phone at her New York City home.
The son of a slave, Percy Sutton became a fixture on 125th Street in Harlem after moving to New York City following his service with the famed Tuskegee Airmen in World War II. His Harlem law office, founded in 1953, represented Malcolm X and the slain activist’s family for decades.

The consummate politician, Sutton served in the New York State Assembly before taking over as Manhattan borough president in 1966, becoming the highest-ranking black elected official in the state.

Jared Edwards filed a lawsuit in federal court in Manhattan on Thursday against the brothers and St. Martin’s Press. According to the lawsuit, Edwards worked as an assistant for 10 years (from 1995-2005). The lawsuit filing also claims that he wrote jokes about women who look to attain wealth and status through romance. Jared Edwards meal ticket is based on the idea that the brothers rejected the idea when he posed it to them, but in May 2009, published their own book “101 Ways To Know You’re A Golddigger”.
